Niemeyer Agency Kicks Off the Year With Purpose and Opportunity

The Knights of Columbus Niemeyer Agency recently gathered for its annual kickoff event, bringing agents and leadership together to reflect, reconnect, and look ahead to the year ahead.

The focus of the gathering was simple and meaningful: serving families well and supporting the people called to do that work. Rooted in faith, integrity, and fraternity, the Niemeyer Agency continues to foster an environment where agents are encouraged to grow both professionally and personally.

We were grateful to welcome special guests from the Knights of Columbus, including Illinois State Treasurer Jim Jatcko and his lovely wife Nancy, as well as Knights of Columbus State Deputy Lloyd Reinkensmeier. Their presence reinforced the strong connection between our agency and the broader mission of the Order.

A key theme of the kickoff was the agency’s belief that this work is a vocational career, not simply a job. Agents are supported through mentorship, shared experience, and a team culture built on service and responsibility. This allows them to serve clients with clarity, consistency, and genuine care.

For members, this means working with professionals who are supported, mission-driven, and committed to walking alongside families through every stage of life. The kickoff served as a reminder that when agents are aligned in purpose, the families they serve benefit most.

The Niemeyer Agency looks ahead with gratitude for the trust placed in our team and a renewed commitment to serving with heart, professionalism, and purpose.
